Yours truly contemplating a granite arch at Tinnari, Sardinia. During a three-week visit there in the summer of 2014. One journey was pretty cushy and guided. In the northwest and one self-supported. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What was it like to kayak there? On the Tsunami Rangers.

I watch an immature Bald Eagle fly away down the center of the narrow forested river. They nest here every year.

Since I started my first blog, Tasty Kidney Pie. In 2001, I have tried to, and hope to continue to, inspire dialysis patients and others living with chronic illnesses to get outdoors and live an active and fruitful life.
